Authentication and session data needed to secure account access.

Content drafts, generated posts, scheduling preferences, and editing history.

Connected social account metadata and authorization data required for publishing workflows.

Usage analytics such as dashboard interactions, feature usage, and operational logs.

How We Use Information

Operate and improve post generation, scheduling, publishing, and support workflows.

Provide account management, billing operations, and customer support.

Maintain security, fraud prevention, auditability, and service reliability.

OAuth Connections and Tokens

When you connect social platforms, we store connection data required to publish on your behalf and maintain valid authorization. Connection credentials are stored and processed for service operation only, and are never sold or shared for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Payments and Billing

Billing is processed by a third-party PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers in our application database.

Media Storage

Media generated or uploaded through the service may be stored with a third-party media hosting and delivery provider, and referenced in your account records for publishing workflows.

Service Providers

We rely on a limited set of trusted third-party providers to operate the service, including:

Infrastructure, hosting, and backend processing providers for the application and its data.

A payment processor for subscription billing and payment processing.

A media hosting and delivery provider for uploaded and generated media.

Operational tools for logging, monitoring, and support workflows.

These providers process data only as needed to perform services on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data category and account state.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Requests

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational constraints.

Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, including data obtained through connected social platforms, email support@postflowsocial.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process verified requests and delete associated personal data, except where retention is required by law. You may also disconnect any linked social account at any time from within your account settings, which revokes our access and stored authorization for that platform.

Children

PostFlowSocial is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product and legal requirements evolve. Material updates will be posted with an updated effective date.
